These terms govern the use of talentumagency.com and its public information about TALENTUM Agency.

1. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about TALENTUM Agency, creator support services and how to express interest in a collaboration. Using the website or sending an email does not automatically create a contract or guarantee acceptance into the agency.
2. Applications and joining
We may review eligibility, request more information or decline an application. Where an invitation is available, the official connection happens inside TikTok and the creator decides whether to accept it. TikTok rules, requirements and timeframes may also apply.
3. Account, access and earnings
Your account, content and community remain yours. TALENTUM does not need your password. TikTok pays you directly and TALENTUM does not deduct a percentage of your creator earnings. Never share credentials through this website or by email.
4. Creator freedom and leaving
TALENTUM sets no mandatory minimum LIVE hours and charges no penalty for taking a break or requesting to leave. The exit process is started through TikTok and remains subject to the platform's process and timeframes, which may take up to 30 days.
5. No guarantee of results
We may provide strategy, promotion, campaigns, connections and support, but we do not guarantee followers, visibility, income, gifts, programme eligibility or specific outcomes. Performance depends on factors including content, consistency, audience and decisions by external platforms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the website for unlawful, misleading or abusive activities, or in a way that harms security, third-party rights or the operation of the service.
7. Intellectual property and third parties
The TALENTUM name, logo, design and content are protected and may not be reused without permission. TikTok and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. TALENTUM is independent and this is not an official TikTok website.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but may change, suspend or correct content. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or decisions by external services. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
